Bringing Cricket to Nashville......

Nashville Cricket Association

The Nashville Cricket Association was formed by cricketing enthusiasts residing in and around Nashville, TN. The NCA Cricket club was established in 1994 and members have been playing at the Whites Creek grounds ever since. Members are predominantly students at various Nashville universities and professionals working in and around Nashville. The sport of cricket is played with lot of enthusiasm and fervor in the Indian sub continent and our aim is to enjoy the game and promote it amongst those interested.

NCA (also known as NICC in the past year)  has regular cricket practice sessions on Saturdays during the Spring and summer season months which range from March till the end of October. The club also plays matches against other Cricket clubs in Tennessee, Georgia and Kentucky. Cricket is played at a professional level on matted wickets with leather balls and all the required protective gear. NCA is part of the Tennessee Cricket League which was started in 2006 and is in its second season this year. The goal of NCA is to promote the game of cricket in Nashville following the path of The International Cricket Council on Globalization of the game of cricket.
